What kind of bolts/screws do I need to put into the floor board for the center console? How would I do it? Need some help or pics if you have them.

Sheet metal screws would be the best bet - self-tappers in fact. If you are referring to an Explorer Console, there are mounting brackets for it.
Have you checked the technical library?

ya i asked the same, and got the same, from hazmat lol

i drilled 4 holes and 4 bolts with nuts. and for the front there should have been 2 plastic clips on the floor of the explorer or whatever you got it out of to screw the base to the floor
