Seems like it only happens on really cold mornings. Also found that if I give the motor a good rev then the gauge jumps right to the middle where it normally is. Probably just think cold oil on a cold start up. Never had one this sensitive. Been waiting on an RV to get off our lift to be able to get a really good at it and make sure everything is what it should be. Its only got 106,000 miles so its still a young truck when compared to other vehicles I've had.
