[Resolved} Sync 3 Ranger 2019 will not update

Sync 3 does not find updates. Wireless is on and logged it. Automatic updates is on. When I search for updates, sync 3 looks like it is looking for one, then just stops with no indication that one was found.
I started trying to update since I was notified by Ford that one was available.

Can I be missing something?

Mine doesn't either. I've never been concerned enough about it to pursue it any further.

I just use the do it yourself USB method. There was an update just recently (22251). Not sure what it had in it as I didn’t notice anything different from the prior version 22200.

I had to do the USB thing to update the sync 3 in my F-150. Truck had to run like an hour and a half while doing the update so I let it do it on a trip.
