Hey,
Anyone know if? I have a 1990 Ford Ranger Super cab 4x4 short bed with 4:10's that I believe, the door sticker reads "15x6"
I'll go look again to make sure), but would 15x7 wheels be a problem, if I keep close to stock tires? I don't know what an extra inch might interfere with ...?
I have old Lt235 75R15's on currently. But I don't know the wheel size other than 15". Wanting to replace all without cutting my fenders for now. Thank you
Yes, the door tag says "15x6" which I haven't noticed that size yet from everything I've read from this site. But, I'm going with the 15x7 and looking at different lifts now. AND WOW, this site has grown since my lurking days prob 10 yrs ago + or - !

My credo
In theory, theory and practice are the same. In practice, they are different.
15x7 should not be a problem

I agree. 15X7 should not be a problem.

Toonces drives a Ranger . . . . just not very well.
15 x 7 was a factory option starting with the 1992 Ranger, so it should be fine on yours.

I had 15”x7” wheels on my 86 stock ranger, seemed to work just fine.

157x7. Then you can run 32's if you have torsion bars.
