Wow man nice build. You've done one hell of a job building this truck. I'm just north of you in new braunfels. It'd be badass to see this truck and some of the car/truck meets in NB or SA. I've got an 87 ranger i just did a 2.3 turbo swap in. Not nearly as powerful and wild as yours that's for sure! Lol but it would be cool to see it in person sometime if you're ever at any of the meets or shows!

I can understand that, the ones in NB get pretty childish (most of them get shut down quickly now a days) and the ones in SA aren't terrible but seem to be aimed at the guys with cars and big wheels most of the time. Maybe once the new year starts and everything settles down they'll be more real shows and dyno days.

Post dyno I finally found nice enough weather to finish the AC... but turned into a rewire as well with a spare harness i had laying around. The fuse panel from 88 has seen better days. relocated the ECU a little and some additional wiring switches, interior lights etc.

Center dash panel and rear where i added a few relays to run some traction control and line lock inputs to the ecu.

Built an adjustable clutch switch for launch and flat shift when i get around to programming it in to the ecu.

Didnt get a finished pic but was able to add a reluctor ring to the front with a mustang ABS sensor to start playing with traction control.

Finally added the LMC dash cover and re flocked the cubby. looks great honestly if you paint the trimmed out areas on the dash prior to install.

Dash installed but still need to redo the gauge panel and then flock it black.

Added LED interior lights... probably the best thing since getting this truck going. You dont realize how much a pain it is till you dont have an interior light at night.

Also recovered the headliner although a little brighter than i wanted i think itll be fine once i do the door cards the same and then black carpet.

Another nicety, underhood lighting.

And quick finished up running of the AC/Heat lines, and works pretty good so far. we will see when its 110 out though.

After that and looking at data the last dyno session we floated the valves so installed some billet rocker stands and dual .660 springs.

Checked plugs and compression while we did that, still burning about 1qt oil over 1500ish miles... itll work for the JY motor that it is, lol.

Then we hit up a Toys for Tots dyno day to validate the spring change. 836 wheel at 27# so more power at less boost is a good indication we fixed that problem! now to start dialing in the traction control, launch, flat shift, boost by speed, etc.. maybe even work on the interior a bit more.

And video... needed some extra weight since it just blew the tires off without....
