I thought it was the alternator from past experience but no power after replacing it. I replaced the blown alt fuse and hooked up the batter and it blew again. Truck still never sounded like it would turn over. Any thoughts for a rookie at this stuff. Things I've read up on or came across was to check the wire from the Alt fuse back to the Alternator. Check ground wire from battery terminal and to test the battery. The battery said 12.4 volts before replacing the Alt fuse and after it blew it read 4 volts. Where do I start?
