Yeah, in the pre 93 rangers. I think its cheaper to go with regearing than hunting for an axle, and then fixing the problems you had no clue about since it wasn't part of your vehicle.Not necessairly, there were factory D35's with 4.10's although not common, mostly just 4 cylinder 4x4's...
