Love it.

The serpentine belt conversion, modern "vintage" radio, MSD stuff (rather it be all stock), and automatic are turn offs though

I’m with you on that radio… that thing just doesn’t look right. That serpentine belt conversion looks like a nice clean setup. I can’t say anything bad about it.
MSD sucks. Their products, while more powerful than stock, don’t last worth a damn. I haven’t used anything from MSD in 15 years and you’d be hard pressed to convince me they’ve gotten better since then.

The belts/msd wouldnt bother me so bad if the rest of the truck (besides the radio) wasnt so damn period correct.

If you want period correct, it needs a Supercoil:

I was thinking duraspark.
This has a Performer intake, chrome air cleaner, etc. It needs a “high performance” coil. The Supercoil is a period correct performance part.

If that was a Supercab or a Supercrew, I would love it more. Not much to hate on the above other than I would want a bigger cab.

I’m a fan of that body style in Supercab… probably because I own one.
