What is that thing?
ugly thing =P nothing of what it was back in the 60's and 70's
What is that thing?
This is what the '10-'11 cars look like...
Yuk!
Reminds me of the new Camaros, big time (not a compliment by any means)

Yeah, that's what I was thinking too. or a mix between that and a charger. StillReminds me of the new Camaros, big time (not a compliment by any means)
The Mustang is hardly a sports car.hat I believe was a concept, and also the new one still looks horrid (in my opinion), to the old ones being pretty cool.
In all honesty, the muscle car died out a long time ago, we have sports cars now. =P
I agree.only thing i dont like about the 10-11 is the rear design, dunno, the previosu tail lights were better to me
The Cobra with the IRS was from 1999 to 2004.The only Mustang that has ever been close to a "sports car" was the mid-90's cobra with the IRS setup. Even that was so top heavy that it still didn't handle right.
That was the Mustang II that used the 2.8L. Calling the Mustang II a Muscle car is on par with calling a 1984 Chevy Nova (Chevette platform) 1993 Pontiac Le-mans (Geo Metro platform) a Muscle car.true, the funny thing is the mustangs in 84 used the same engine as the 84 rangers! haha! the 2.8L V6 Cologne! (made in Germany, carb., 3-speed tranny).
This is not what the 2010-2011 models look like. That was a concept from a few years ago, like Ranger Kip stated. I believe this was the Giugiaro Ford Mustang Concept from around 2007: http://www.motortrend.com/future/concept_cars/112_0703_giugiaro_ford_mustang_concept/index.htmlWhat is that thing?

Did, and I like my mom's old 68' Mustang Fastback from the movie Steve McQueen!!That was the Mustang II that used the 2.8L. Calling the Mustang II a Muscle car is on par with calling a 1984 Chevy Nova (Chevette platform) 1993 Pontiac Le-mans (Geo Metro platform) a Muscle car.
I would also like to point out that the Mustang was not originally intended to be a muscle or sports car. It was originally designed as a family car (and the show proto-type was badged "Probe"). Put that in your pipe and think about it.
