I have 2000 ford ranger XLT with the 4 speed automatic could anyone tell me do you have a tranny temp gauge installed am looking at hooking one up any help would be greatly appreciated thanks

Very simple.

You'll have to cut the trans line on the HOT side of the transmission cooler and put in a T fitting and electrical pick up for the sensor. Attatch a wire to that pickup and run it into the cab where the gauge is located.

Of course, you'll also need a power source for the gauge itself.

Get a decent quality gauge and all you need should be included.

Even easier, stick the temp sender into the line pressure port on the side of the trans. Is the same thread and no fab work involved.
