yeah, ford does. and, BONUS!, it's already installed on your engine from the factory. the stock system can supply way more air than the engine can handle anyway so buying an aftermarket kit is a complete waste of money, unless you just want your engine compartment to look "cooler". for upwards of $300, not worth it IMO.
one thing you can do however is take the airbox out and remove the silencer/snorkel thing, thus making the hole bigger and less restrictive. maybe you could somehow isolate the air flow coming in from the engine bay so its only sucking in air from behind the headlight (cold) and not the engine (hot).
