What about yelling “YOU STUPID F***

I've done that and said some other things as well. Generally ouch isn't one of them. Hell, I didn't yell ouch when I dislocated my shoulder. I just said, "Uh, I think I dislocated my shoulder. What do you think?". Then started getting cranky after about an hour of waiting for the ambulance and them to administer some pain medication to take the edge off.

Table saw is my personal favorite, with a meat slicer a close #2. Except I’ve stayed away from the slicers since working in the fraternity kitchen many years ago when I turned my right index finger into “ole slanty.” I did say ouch - when I woke up.

I never did find out who got that sandwich....
