I'm not sure where to post this question. If I'm in the wrong area, MODS please move.

I would like to add a winch and a front hitch to my 1990 XLT Super cab Ranger. It has a 4" suspension lift. The front hitch is easy - Draw Tite 65017.

The front winch is harder. What's the best way to mount a winch with the standard front bumper on the truck?

What size winch do I need to self-recover?

Are there any winch kits out there?

Thanks!

Not sure how good an idea it is. But my plan is to use a winch that can mount in the hitch receiver tube. That way I can put it on front or rear as needed. My understanding from reading other threads is that 9000# winch capacity is plenty for most Rangers.

I'm open to ideas, though.
