Before you drive it much check the oil- and water that got injected into the cylinders would leak by the rings and dilute the oil. An oil change is cheap, bearings are not.

I’d like to thank you all for your help, it is running.
today I pulled the fuel pump and completely drained the tank, wiped out 99% of the gas, there was definitely some water (?) in the tank, two layers of liquids, Drained everything out, wiped out as much as I could reach, these last rags would not ignite to flame. Added new fuel,it took a few cranks and started, now what to do with this contaminated gold…

Let the contaminated fuel sit out and evaporate. What's left after a couple of weeks can be poured out.
