will f150 traction beams work

Do you mean the 4x4 traction beams? Or the 2wd I-beams? "Traction" or TTB was used for the 4x4 beams and TIB (Twin I-Beam) was 2wd.

I don't think F150 I-beams would work on a 2wd. However I know for sure that the fullsize D44 TTB works on Rangers. Econoline vans also have equal length, full width TIB and I have heard of people using that for equal length long travel set-ups.

4wd f150 beams can be put on the front of a ranger. there are a few way to do it.and you can even buy them in "kit forum" now to stuff them under the ranger.

edit: what are you asking, are you asking if you can put 4x4 f150/bronco beams on a 2wd truck?....if so, it would be a giant pain in the ass.And only worth it if you were starting with a bare frame and cab.cause you would have to change out the motor crossmemeber to ge the prober width spacing.

if your asking if you can put fullsize f150/bronco 4wd beams on a 4x4 truck, the anwser is yes, it can be done.and can be bought in a kit forum if you wish.

this truck was done by autofab.com dana44 TTB under a ranger

not my truck, it is one that autofab.com built.........

the hard part to put the 44 under the truck like that one is busting the nutt to pay for it.OTher than that is drilling holes, grinding out a few rivits and bolting parts up.

there is a guy over on desertrides.com that has put a d44 under his truck doing all the work himself....look in the show and tell section, and look for "golden rod" or something like that.
