Will a tranny from a 95 explorer bolt into my 89 bronco 11 ????

will a tranny from a 95 explorer bolt into my 89 bronco 11? its a 2.9L v6 4x4 and is it just plug and play

Manual and Auto?

The explorer will have the same bellhousing bolt pattern(if the 4.0). But there is some more info required

the bronco is and auto the tranny in it is a A4LD

A 95 Explorer has a 4r55e, which is completely computer controlled. It will physically bolt up in the B2 but actually getting it to work is another story. There may be a a stand-alone controller for that tranny, see if you can find one.
