Last night was a big night for Barack Obama as Hillary Clinton didn't do well in the last two big state primary elections, and it's now safer to say that the next Presidential election will be between Obama and John McCain.

My question is which candidate are you going to vote for, and why?

I'm voting for Obama because I'm tired of the way our governments been run and I want change. I might not agree with Obama on certain issues, and I'm not an extreme liberal, but I believe that Obama offers the best chance to change the direction our country is headed in. I also believe that his policies, especially in the areas of our foreign policy, and our response to global warming, are much closer to my own personal views than any of the other candidates, so again, I'm voting for Obama.

here is a reading asignment for you.

No-Bama!!!

...as Obama has been a member of a "Church" that spouts racial hatred and anti-American rhetoric, he certainly will NOT be getting my vote!!!!!

As a footnote, being from Chicago, Senator Obama has done little to benefit the people of Illinois and IMO has no experience to lead the free world.

Do your homework before voting based on political rhetoric. There are no good candidates to vote FOR but to vote for "change" without explicit details is retarded.
His healthcare plan is going to cover ALL americans and going to cost me $2500 LESS? How is that mathematically possible? Higher taxes, more goverment controlled stuff, no thanks. Yeah, Mc Cain sucks, but he is the lesser of the three evils. I could never vote for a closet raghead who won't even salute the flag? WTF?!! If he pulls out of iraq too quick we get another vietnam... This guy makes ted kennedy look like archie bunker he is so far to the left.

I agree that there isn't a damn person worth the time to vote. But we must vote against evil and stupid every chance we get.

Besides, Mc Cain's old lady runs a beer distributership- we might get free beer in the next stimulus package...

Like I said before, I'm voting for Ron Jeremy for pres, and Chasey Laine for VP. If I'm gonna get screwed I want it done by professionals......

They all suck.

I'm 40 years old. This is the first time I can remember an election when there wasn't a candidate that stood out front as the best choice.

With McCain we'll have at least 4 more years of war, declining economy and a country that's in debt up to its eyeballs.

I like Hillary, but to be honest, it's because her husband is Bill. I've watched her in debates. She lacks the ability to stay calm under fire and doesn't seem to know when to shut up.

I think Obama is the worse choice of the (3). I think him, his wife and their church lacks the proper 'patriotic loyalty' to this country and I don't know how someone that seems to have such negative opinions on the U.S. could possibly want to be elected as its President.

For some reason, the media has neglected Ron Paul. I saw some local posters and just figured he was some crack pot wanting to be president. You never see him in the media. Then one day I was looking at Rolling Stone Magazine and saw an article about Ron Paul and decided to find out something about him.

Here's a link to the article:

http://www.rollingstone.com/news/st...publican_takes_the_lead_against_the_war/print

Here is a quote:

In a recent debate, you blasted Mike Huckabee for supporting the war, saying we're only staying in Iraq "to save face." But wouldn't leaving Iraq be a propaganda victory for bin Laden?

Everything is much worse if we stay. Right now they're very content to bleed us in Iraq. Bleed us financially and by killing Americans. We lose lives, we spend money we don't have, it furthers our financial crisis. The longer we're there, the stronger Al Qaeda gets. Our being there is the greatest incentive conceivable to help Osama bin Laden. The evidence is very clear. There's more Al Qaeda now than before. Which means we're in greater danger of being hit by terrorists than before.
Besides, who are the people telling us there'll be problems if we leave? The same ones who said it would be a cakewalk. What kind of credibility do they have?

I'm not campainging for Ron Paul or saying he's the right choice. It's sad the media didn't give Ron Paul a chance. He has taken his campaign to the internet. I don't know much about him, but I would liked to have learned more.

I think it's time to leave Iraq. I don't see where us leaving Iraq is going to be as terrible and send the wrong impression to other potential enemies as some think.

I tend to agree with Paul when he says that us being in places like Iraq just furthers the cause of Bin Laden and strengthens the Taliban.

i agree half stepping in situations like this "war on terror" is ignorant. simply put, it can just make us the next u.s.s.r. dont think it cant happen.

i likeds keyes, but he is a lil too far right to me. obama is too far the other way and sure as fawk does not seem like an actual patriot....along with the six years of service pastor.

ron paul at this point really looks good, but has had no support from the useless media, furthering the term useless media. i would like to see a two party ticket really.

then guys like paul would have a chance in a few terms.

:stop:actually:stop:...i say fawk em all....fire the senate and congress....they are the fawktards trumpeting the way to hell anyway. what the pres does/promises half the time wont ever fly through that shithole anyway. just look at some of the shit dragged through there the last 12 years....c span is like the comedy channel some days.

and thats not supposed to be funny:pissedoff:

I am SOOOO glad That Obama has the COURAGE to stand up and vote his principles on the controversial issues.

Oh wait....He's chock full of :bsflag:

I looked at his voting record HERE

He was brave enough to vote PRESENT or No Vote on the controversial issues. :stop:

He's a Typical dirtbag politician. Playing it safe to remain in Washington. The media proclaims him as all but the the second coming but will NEVER shed light on any of his details cause he's such a damaged candidate.

Can't wait until Vladimir Putins' Puppet President of Russia invades a NATO ally and Obama has the balls to tell them that he is Present or No Vote ;missingteeth;

They are all pretty much useless. Hillary did NOTHING for upstate NY, as she claimed she was going to do (Our economy has been shitty now for a LONG time).

McCain just doesn't get it...The LAST thing we need is another 4 more years of war in a country that posed NO threat to us (And, honestly, if it posed a threat to Israel: 1...She deserves it (Apparently nobody learned what persecution of an entire group of people can do 60 years earlier), and 2...She is more than capable of defending herself) and 4 more years of half assed war in Afghanistan. We got Saddam more easily than we got Bin Ladin...That's pretty sad if you ask me.

Obama just doesn't get it either. I see him as an elitelist who doesn't understand that the working class is REALLY in trouble. When all is said and done though, I think he will be the next president.

I'm voting 3rd party...although I have yet to decide who will get my vote.

if i could vote i would vote for obama although i like mccain more, i would vote for obama bcuz he wants to bring the troops home, and mc cain wants to keep them there, and if the troops come home gas prices possibly will go down, and the military tanked that they transport gas in when its full gets like 3-4 mpg's

Im 20 and this will be my first presidential election that I can vote in. And I dont want to, unfortanately I have to vote for the lesser of evils. People say they want change, yet every dick running for president is so far out of the loop on American views and problems that they will be a big a mistake as every predisent for the last 2 or 3 decades.

If you want change you have to take the media out of it, they just turn it into a mockery and whoever the owner of that particular media channel is, is who the channel focus's on. I dont believe any of our current presidential candidates has the world knowledge to be a leader of this nation. And they certainly dont know what I am dealing with as a young, broke ass, college student, and a young American. I go to school with men in their 30's and 40's who I believe know far more about other cultures than any of these pricks do. These men have been to foreign countries all over the world, they have worked with and along side citizens of other countries. Good ole working class people.

Personally my vote is down to whoever has the best looking ole lady. And I still havent seen who the dike is with, and Obama's ole lady aint half bad. But I would defiantely take McCain's wife around the block. HEll she may be older but shes still got it going on. AND SHES LOADED!!!
