White smoke on startup

Ok, the truck just started doing this a few days ago. I get a good puff of smoke when I start the truck, after it has been sitting for a few hours. Definetaly an oil smoke. What would cause it do happen only on startup?

White smoke is usually coolant. You sure it is oil? What does it smell like?
