I need to replace the radius arms in my 97 4.0 XLT standard cab 2 door. NO F'N BODY has any information on what radius arms I need to buy. Ebay has OEM Ford set with a part number of
F57Z-3A360-B which is for the 4x4 capable truck. But Rock Auto has a mevotech for a RWD that is cheaper....BUT I DONT KNOW WHAT IS WHAT! My truck is RWD most of the time, but I can go 4x4 low and 4x4 hi.

SO WHICH IS IT? Is a RWD Radius arm interchangeable or should I just get the Ford OEM and pay much more?

Of course the the 2wd is a no go....but the RWD and 4x4 offerings are confusing....can ANYONE HELP??

On my setup there is no long bolt, but TWO short bolts to mount the radius arm....on the 2wd again there is just a long bolt. So I have ruled out any 2wd listings....BUT the RWD is what is confusing me...so what do I get??

RWD and 2wd are the same thing, you need 4wd or 4x4 radius arms. Anything from a '91-94 Explorer or '90-97 Ranger 4x4 will work, heck, '83-89 4x4 will work but you would need to add a bushing on the lower shock mount...

I cannot seem to find a driver side radius arm for my 1997 Ford Ranger. Anyone have a lead?

You don't give enough info about your truck to help much, but @scotts90ranger gave the info you needed. If it's 4wd look for a 4wd control arm. If it's 2wd look for a 2wd (or RWD) control arm. Start hitting ebay and/or junkyards to find a used, or maybe you can find new at a parts supply place (RockAuto has 2wd arms). Car-part.com can be a good way to find local junkyards that may have the parts you need.

Update: I took advantage of the outstanding weather and welded the radius arm. It's a 4x4 and I've had little luck finding a replacement. I'm back on the money road. When the Ranger is down it's making no money.
