Real pain to get off. I ended up drilling most of the seized up clamps off and making my own deal to get them back on.
Best option for some cheap ones is craigslist.

I got my bedrails and tailgate cap for less than $100 at JCWhitney (BAK Industries, not stock) They fit pretty well, and look as if they could be stock. I bought the BAK bulkhead cap from Amazon.com, and I have to warn that the bulkhead cap is a "one size fits all" deal, and it doesn't, you must trim it, and if you aren't careful it will look sloppy like mine.

Overall, I'm habby with the BAK bedrails and tailgate cap, they were easy to put on, the hardest thing was actually getting the old tailgate cap/cover off which was some sort of non-slip tape. To get that tape off I needed a hair dryer, bug-n-tar remover, rags and plenty of patience.
