Wheeling With Some Friends Today 12/23

get some MTs and a locker of some sort, youll be good to go. looks like fun

Piss off guys. He's learing and you learn from your mistakes. If you want perfect wheeling lines and technique then go over to pirate and bitch about their wheeling.

Atleast hes out there wheeling the truck not like some..............

Give him a break. Hes learing the limits of his truck.

Hey don't start riding their ass because they where giving constructive criticism. The truck is WAY TO TALL for 35's.He needs to drop it a good few inches and then it'll look OK.I've never seen the truck in person but from the pictures it looks fucking massive.

Who gives a ****? It's his truck and he can do what he wants with it. Calling him out like that saying he's not wheeling it hard enough is retarded. He's out wheeling the thing.

Go over to RPS and look up a guy that goes by Metro55. He's got a nearly identical truck, right down to the same color, and 9" of lift. I don't like those types of trucks even though I had one at one time. Just too big for technical trails. Only good for mud running/snow blasting and car shows.

so get off his ass....He's wheeling the truck and that's all that matters.

love to see some more wheeling pics. prob could have made it through the middle of the mud hole and got her nice and messy!!!!!!!!! Keep On Truckin!

i fregen love ur truck is so bad ass!! one thing i think it really needs is just some swampers!! an take the sway bars off it will be amazing in the trail. accually get like a quick connect swap bar cuz you might have bad body roll on the streets. an then you can take it off when you go to the trail.

I'm just worried about his safety. I think he could have back up a little and hit the mudhole a little straighter, then maybe his ball joints wouldn't be dead. IMO if you have that much lift then go with LOWER GEARS, and the biggest tires that will fit so it looks proportional, or just leave it stock, that truck will fit 35's with a leveling kit.

not trying to cross streams with anyone but seriously, c'mon give him a break. there is such a thing as seeing what limits your rig has, and if i recall correctly he has been out of work for a bit so maybe the funds for MTs, a locker, and new suspension ect... arent readily available. its called working with what you have, learning, and having a blast. and it seems like he acomplished those 3 things without any damage to himself or anyone else.

keep doin what youre doin man, at least youre actually out there wheeling your shit.

Thats probably what he would have done as soon as he got out.....Not looking to argue the situation cuz I couldn't care less, but they don't make a ranger yet that'll clear 35's properly with a leveling kit.....Hell, I have 8-10"s of lift and I still rub.....

Did I ever say anything about him not wheeling hard enough **** stick NO.Don't start anything with me because I just made a suggestion on what should be done moron.I don't give a **** about rps or metro55 that's great that metro wheels it and whatever. It's great that this guy wheels it and stuff but it needs to dropped that all i fucking said. It's done so drop the argument.

240cubes I'd be out wheeling too if my jeep was done.

and when you do make sure you take lots and lots of pictures of you not making any mistakes and having the perfect setup on your rig.

IBTL
Its like grade2 up in here.
Dude hasnt even posted in his thread since he started it.
Everybody go put your f-ckin diapers back on and STFU.

Yeah....I just got home today and got on to read it all. Sure, I couldve hit that first one going straight, and not almost tipped over, but thats my decision to see how far I can take my truck, and I knew it probably wasnt "Safe" but seriously theres A LOT of things that arent safe that people do and I told the people I was with to get out of the truck before I did it, for THEIR SAFETY.

Also, if you search in my introduction part, you will see pictures of the 38.5" Tires. Im 16, I dont have a money tree growing, and my parents dont give me money, so I cant afford to do everything that I want to do with my truck already. I have 3" Body 8" Skyjacker, I did plan on dropping down to 6" Suspension and keep the Body (Open to suggestions about that). You know what I also shouldve done though?

I should have just got a roll cage, a 302, some boggers, 6pt harness, dropped my lift a little, fab up steel front/rear bumpers......You get the point....Theres a lot I couldve done to my truck, and I probably shouldnt have even wheeled it as I was saying how I had the fuel problem, but thank you mechanickid for getting on my ass about NOT wheeling it, and then when I do, tell me everything else I probably shouldve done.

When I see posts like this with some possibly dangerous situations, sure I will say something like "Man that doesnt look safe, but as long as your having fun, and dont get hurt!" put my .02 in, but I wont go off on them about what they should and shouldnt have done.

So...that being said, everyone that wants to bitch at me :thefinger: and im gonna keep on gettin at it, and wheel my truck as much as I want, flip it or not, ill still post up the pics.

and

To everyone that had my back while I was unable to get on (or..regardless if I couldve gotten on) thank you friends. :icon_cheers:

EDIT: I forgot, but I figured since I remembered....My truck, looks fine with the 35's and the lift ive got, it could probably come down a little bit, but it DOES look good the way it is right now.

I say ditch the body lift and you've got yourself a pretty cool truck. :icon_thumby: Sounds like you at least know how to keep you and your friends safe, and that's all that matters. As for the rest of these guys.... f em...... right in the mouth. :thefinger:
