Can you use wheel spacers on the d35?

Will the spacers fit over the lock outs?

Will this cause them to explode?

Will a lock right, 5.13s and 35s change the results any?

Any thoughts or concerns?

Its a 94 4door exploder with 6in lift and 35s.

Wheeling rig only I assume? How wide are the spacers? I'd do it. Not on a daily driver though. I imagine that your wheel bearings will not like it a whole lot over time but you are essentially just creating a "wheel" with less backspacing.

If you decide to, I'd just measure the center hole on the spacers and make sure it fits. Torque the lug nuts down and recheck often, and make sure the studs are long enough - buddy of mine lost a front wheel like four times in a mile on the way back to his trailer because the studs weren't long enough.

Probably Be fine on a DD as well.
Tons of people with rangers run em on their DD.

i dont recommend wheel spacers on any vechial. why dont you jus get some rims with more offset?

Yes, its a my wheeler. Drive 45 mins to and from the park. I like the 8" rims cause I can air down to 10psi without popping a bead, and sure dont wanna buck up for some beadlocks.

I really dont, but would like a wider stance because there is alot of side hills where I wheel and feel like im gonna barrel roll down some of the hills.

Also, alot of wash outs. So the side of my truck seems to be resting against the bank quite often.

Going that thick I wouldn't get anything off Craigslist. With that thickness you need to use a bolt on spacer, not the slip on type. As others mentioned the additional spacing will put more stress on your wheel bearings, causing them to wear out quicker. Honestly with your tall tires you probably won't notice much difference. As for spacers on a DD not a problem as long as you use a quality unit, if it's thick like this use a bolt on type, and check your lugs (ones on spacer as well) regularly.

The extra 1.5" per side will give a wider stance, but it probably won't make enough difference in stability to notice.

I have the Spidertrax spacers on my 88 and they will not fit over the hubs. I wouldn't recommend having them machined either as they would be real thin afterwards.

Order a set of 15x8's with 3.25-3.75" backspacing. They sell them on summit dirt cheap. Probably around the same price you will get for 4 spacers.

Um yea, Summit wheels (Same as Cragar soft 8's) are $45/wheel. Good luck finding a set of decent hub sentric wheel spacers for that price.
