Wheel centering problems

I got a 1994 Mazda b4000 4X4 and the drivers side wheel looks to be pushed back. The passenger side is just fine. Just put new bigger tires on it and noticed it cause they clear one side and not the other now. Any ideas? Everything looks good but what I'm bout to post on these pictures.
 
Here are some pictures where it looks like someone changed the rubber bushings.

a picture of the front side would be helpful of the top picture, it does look loose on the back
side. They are different because of the heat shield on the passenger side.
 
Hopefully not a broken radius arm bracket
