That looks like it's for a full float rear end. I don't think it will work for your front bearings. That snout will be in the way.

I think you need PT 648473.

Back to the drawing board. Installed new rotors/races/bearings and noise still exists but ONLY in 4x4. What’s the next thing to check besides gear oil?

Wow, thanks soo much for the help! I’m suspecting spindle bearings if nothing internal on the Dana. Do you know where I can get a new spindle seat? Mines rusted up and falling apart. Is it called something else?

Just thought I’d update.. Spindle bearings were to blame.
