Thanks. When I took it all apart the beam was mounted in the lower hole. Since I took out the 2 inch rubber spacer that was under the coils, I thought I would try it in the upper hole. I think it needs to be in the lower hole for better alingment, but I think it would still be in a bind.
On my 95 ranger, i had a superlift 5.5 lift and the beams always had a slight twist forward at the pivot bolt. it would line up good and drive straight on the road so i didnt worry about in. changed alot of them cheap drop brackets from superlift out tho, always breaking lol maybe somebody else on here could say how well there beams line up
in the first of the last pics you posted the beam looks twisted. i would replace the beam. any major suspension component that is cracked shouldnt be welded, the crack was caused by another problem. i would say longer radius arms would help reduce the problem. i hope you get it fixed soon, and fixed right so you dont have to do it again.
