The bov looks great so how long until the turbo spins?

The turbo has been spinning for some time now. You mean when am I going to spool it up and get some boost to it? Once the BOV setup is done and I get the injector harness built.

nice. I had to do a recirculate on the bII also because the vam is really sensitive to that crap. I just used a volvo stock adjustable one i had laying around

i just read this whole thread and that is the sweetest setup i have ever seen now i want to turbo my 4.0.

one question tho is that a dry filter or oil (i have heard terrible things occur with an oiled filter and a turbo)

I only had it out once for about 15 min then it went back into the shop.

It was only running 2.5 PSI at the time. I'm going to tighten up the wastegate actuator and see if I can bump it up slowly to 6 PSI. The last bit of work that needs doing is the 7th and 8th injector harnesses.

I plan to go 2 stage. I'll use the wideband to determine what PSI I need the extra fuel to come on at.
