hind sighting being what it is, did you use full copper gaskets? (if they make them for the 4.0l)

you can try this company to see what the cost could be to have custom head gaskets (sometimes it's what you need to do)

Ya it's a bit messy at the injectors. I could build a panel to cover it up. One thing that bothers me is huge space on the drivers side that is open. I guess I'll Just have to fill it with an old AC pump I have, and get the OBA working again.[/QUOTE]

Funny that he lever let this thing die, and he's running it in his ranger right now. Sounds like he's got it setup as a solid runner now.
