what transmission is this?

i got a 1983 ranger 4x4. has a 2.8 ,with a manual trans.

the sticker on the trans says E37A 7003PA
build code 006305

the slave cylinder is inside the bell housing. isnt this a new transmission if the slave cylinder is in the bellhousing?
any info would help
