So I've seen you guys mention a parts finder that allows you to search the country for "Auto" parts but my google searches keep coming up with PC parts picker which is not what I want. I want to be able to find one that searches close to home here or across the country if it is not close and to recommend it to others for there searches but for the life of me I can not remember the name of it.

Are you talking about car-part.com for searching junk yards?

+1 for https://www.car-part.com/

Use your Zipcode

It will go across the US as the "closest", if that is the closest, lol

If you are look for small bits and bobs not on the "parts list" then look for a larger part for that year and model
Search results will usually have a photo uploaded by the wrecking yard, click on it, several photos will come up of that vehicle, see if it might have the part and make the call

car-part.com cannot be beat
