This seems to be a popular thread in other forums, so I couldn't believe there wasn't one here.. I've done the search; but if there's another we can delete this one.

I'll start it out..
Put a new gauge cluster in to replace the one that someone tried to turn back and broke the odo and trip meter on the '96.

Installed a HeaterTreater to give me control of the temperature in the cab on the '96.

Bought a front bumper assy to replace the bumper on the '96 that they welded to the fenders on the '96

Installed a new sliding window in the '96 that the PO broke out because he locked the truck w/o keys.

Installed the retractable supercab cargo cover in the '96.

Put a clutch in the '03.

I've been busy.. It's funny that the only things that I've replaced in the '96 over the 4 years I've had it were because of the PO. The only FORD problem was the heater blend door.

I covered my Ranger in sticky, gooey mud while making muddy tire tracks on the driveway to help with the spring snow melt.

Nothing but brown santa is bringing some parts for my RX-8 next week. :yahoo:

I gave her a nice pat in the upper left corner of the liftgate and another just over the drivers side door. That's a couple of her favorite spots. Then later a pat on her snoot and a thank you for the nice ride she gave me.

Today? I've been at work since 7:30. I haven't even touched the truck today. (Drove the Accord to work). But when I get home, I'll finish installing my new AC condenser.

For my 87 I'm cleaning up a set of rims via electrolysis to re-pain't them then put my newly aquired swamper boggers.

This afternoon I'll be picking up the 99 I'm buying! I'm more excited than a two peckered billy goat! I was tired of the CRV I used to have.

Took it out to run errands this morning, then picked up the old lady for some lunch exercise...otherwise, just looked at it sitting in the driveway while I boxed up stuff in the garage....T-minus 11 days the big move begins...westward ho boys!

Drove it to work, swore at it twice, drove it to the beer distributor, swore at it again, filled up the washer fluid.

Last weekend I yanked the 2.9 out of my 87 (cracked head..filled engine with coolant)
In the process of getting the new 2.9 all ready to go in. New clutch kit, waterpump, etc...
Today I ran the passenger side exhaust manifold down to the muffler shop and had them get the 2 bolts that twisted off out of the collecter. took them about 2 minutes...thats alot faster than it would have taken me.

Monday I put two new wheels on the BII. Today I put two more new wheels on it, and sold the old ones.

I finished making my first skid plate to protect the radiator etc. I'll post pics in the fabrication section. It'll be a while before I plan on getting into anything that will make it necessary, but I had fun making it.

I also picked up a lightly used 48" 7000 lb capacity farm jack at a pawn shop for $30 + tax. A Google search showed the same brand new for $109, so I was pretty pleased about that :yahoo:
