You gots there some long-az coils and shocks and extended radius arms and I-beam drop brackets. Don't see too many other obvious suspension mods.

would it be difficult to put a nice set of coil overs? will my set up even allow this?
if i fabricated different drop brackets, could i make it wider? or is getting a new set up best? i wanna build a fun machine

those are not drop brackets, those are not even stock i-beams.

They look just like my stock ones on my 94 with the raised dots & clock dial to the left of the limiting strap & the DO NOT BEND-HEAT-WELD embossed into them

They look like stock I-beams to me.

stock beams don't have that much kink in them, and they don't have that warning stamped on them.

just crawled under my stock suspension Ranger with a flashlight & they DO in fact have that warning stamped into them on the front side as in the pics that are posted along with the FORD logo which is farther to the left & cant be seen in the pics

my bad then, do they have the MASSIVE kink in them?

i tore the beams off a B2 once, they looked nothing like that.

With the red springs and the extended radius arms, I am thinking Rancho Suspension System?

Whatever it is, it is not stock suspension, but the arms look like they are. If the arms are stock that you should have no problem with replacing the joints.

The RANGER front end and beams are different 2wd to 4x4. Those are in fact 2wd factory beams. The 2wd Ranger sits lower.

The B2 has the same front suspension and ride height 4x4 to 2wd so the 4wd beam bends are less severe because the front sits higher.
