I bet they are stock beams but they heated and bent them anyways. But for what it's worth, it looks like they did a really nice job.
I agree with Benny, those look like Fabtech radius arms at the very least.
Those are bent arms for sure. I have a 2wd TIB truck, and mine have nowhere near that much in them.
