What did YOU do today?

Packed a few more storage totes to go to the storage unit, and finished putting the sheets and blankets on the bed in the trailer as I was waiting for the mattress protector and heated mattress pad to show up...about a month away from living full time in a trailer. Had to sell the house due to poor financial choices, and things spiraling out of control. So I'm having to move from the home I've lived in for over 30 years so you can imagine the amount of stuff I have to go through and pack or toss out. Plus trying to work full time at the same time, its very hard and extremely exhausting.
I'm going thru a similar thing. I have to move from where I'm at. At least they gave me a years notice... I have a lot of stuff to sell and donate and scrap out...

Installed a 1.5" lift on the wife's wrangler

Here it is when it was stock when we got it a few years ago

Went to the Trader Joe's with my wife. The Kobalt tool box on my truck is essentially its trunk, and it just feels good to close the lid on four large cooler bags and two paper sacks full of groceries, and toss a 3rd behind the seat. My Ranger is a standard cab, so having that enclosed, lockable space is great. Honestly, I wouldn't be able to do a lot without it.

I was really reluctant to put a cap on my green Ranger because I liked the look of it without the cap, but practicality won out. Even with the extended cab, having a bit of dry, lockable storage is nice. My F-150 is a regular cab and I have two long side boxes and a cross box on it. There’s often still not enough dry storage.

I can't say I haven't thought about it, but at least with my truck's tailgate there's no lock, so it would be less secure than I'd like.

Sounds like you could use a utility bed for that F-150!
