It’s been a few weeks since I’ve posted anything but there’s a reason. I never thought that my Ranger would save my life, but it did. Sept 23 I was welding in a patch and while grinding the spot welds, I suddenly got extremely fatigued and had a slight tightness in my chest. I went in and lay down for a few minutes and then went back out to start again. Within a few minutes of using a 3” rolock die grinder the same feeling again. I went back inside and told my wife something was wrong. Called EMS who came out and did an EKG that showed normal rhythm. Loaded me up and before they left the driveway I went out. Don’t remember much until waking up a couple days later in ICU with a nasty scar on my chest. Triple bypass of 3 95% blockages. I had no symptoms, no pain, no classic signs of a heart attack, so listen to your body. I’m as hard headed as they come, but by the grace of God I listened this time. Now to heal up enough to get back to work. I feel like I could now but that incision will take a while to heal.
