yes it does. searching the mfg # brings up a Dana 30 baffle.Looks a lot like a reducing washer for electrical conduit. They come in a bunch of different sizes.

considering it spaces the inner race, a couple thous' variation in thickness may cock the race and nobody wants a cocked race.
they only cost $2 at Summit, so what da heck, I bought 4 with plans on screwing up the first 2.
it does fit as is, but leaves less gap than the baffle in my 2000. I was concerned with a smaller gap keeping too much lube and leaking out the seal.
the purpose of this baffle is to restrict oil from leaving the area immediately behind the outer bearing thus improving lubrication.
