What cleaning fluid do you use to clean engine "parts"


Where do you look for kerosene that is not the fuel grade for heaters. I found the fuel grade at home depot etc... but its like ten to twenty dollars a gallon

we have a few gas stations that have it around here... last time I got some it was like $6 a gallon and that was HIGH IMO. :icon_rofl:
 
Kroil works pretty good on smaller parts,On bigger stuff I just use gas&a stiff brass brush,Electrical contact cleaner takes oil film off gasket mating surfaces:icon_thumby:

They sell Kerosene around here by the gallon at regular gas pumps.

It's generally about the same price as Diesel.
