What cleaning fluid do you use to clean engine "parts"

Where do you look for kerosene that is not the fuel grade for heaters. I found the fuel grade at home depot etc... but its like ten to twenty dollars a gallon

we have a few gas stations that have it around here... last time I got some it was like $6 a gallon and that was HIGH IMO.

Kroil works pretty good on smaller parts,On bigger stuff I just use gas&a stiff brass brush,Electrical contact cleaner takes oil film off gasket mating surfaces

They sell Kerosene around here by the gallon at regular gas pumps.

It's generally about the same price as Diesel.
