What are tips for keeping my speed steady

I am having a not the easyiest of times sometimes because my speedometer needle moves up and down when im driving to and from work - I would like to have my speedometer needle steady and my speed constant

Im 33 years old with mild autism aspergers and add im a good driver.
 
Cruise control?
 
Make sure the electrical connection to the VSS (vehicles speed sensor) is clean and tight. I'm not 100% sure. But I think on your truck it is using the sensor on the rear differential for that. You could also pull the sensor out, clean it, inspect for damage and re-install it to make sure you're getting a good clean signal.
