Original truck 89' 2.9 manual supercab 4x4. The Motor and all harness's under the hood are off the same donor truck, which was 91 4.0 auto 2wd, The dash was out of a different 91 4.0 auto 2wd, and all other chassis electrical/lights are from the original truck/frame which is 89 2.9 manual 4x4. And the ECU/PCM is new/ refurbished from parts geek.com for a 91 4.0 manual 4x4.In 1989 Ranger, 2.3l 4cyl, or 2.9l V6, were only engine options?
4.0l swap?
The 4.0l Computers all used MAF sensors no MAP sensor, and no BAP sensor, barometric pressure was "inferred" by MAF and Throttle sensor
The fact its plugged in means at least some of engine harness is from a 2.9l
So a little more detail on this vehicle would be needed
