Encore lasagna and stoffers lasagna.... Every now and then I get a craving for them, and demolish a family size one over the course of two to three days.

I really need a freezer full of venison and salmon.

I wish we had salmon here. We have one lake with stocked salmon but they don't taste right because they never had saltwater in their meat. Gotta go 300 miles north for real salmon and fishing for them is the dumbest thing I've ever seen in my life (shoulder to shoulder snagging idiocy). I'll stick with my local trout.

Ours never see saltwater either... but it is what we ate... so I probably don't know the difference. I like to cast Spoons and Stick Baits off the Pier heads before they come up river to spawn... and the combat fishing begins.

If you have the same landlocked Atlantic salmon we have (only in lakes, great lakes don't count) the meat, to me anyway taste just like any typical trout. Rainbow, brown, or brook. It never gets that real, i dunno "salmon flavor". Its still delicious but taste like trout and i can stock up on trout without going far or trying hard. Its been insane for me cause parks are closed but they did still stock and I know where to fish outside the park systems. Beaches are also closed but the delaware river is open in a ton of spots and I've got a few striper in the freezer too. Crabbing and clamming is gonna suck this year and those permits cost me nesr 100 bucks of wasted money... i have commercial pots for blueclaw crab which is my favorite but no where to put them.

I do like Stouffer's Mac n cheese. I'm too lazy to make it from scratch.

But tonight, I have some that mom made. With left over baked chicken.

I grew up on moms home made mac and cheese. Really thick with crunchies on top and covered in stewed tomatoes. I hated it.... give me kraft or stouffers lol. Add cut up hot dogs and you got redneck casserole.

Kraft is sh!t.... Velveeta is the only Mac and cheese on the planet that’s worse. Try Shoprite brand, it’s much better then Kraft.

I haven't had SOS in a long time... I'm gonna have to put that on the menu.

I wonder... do people define SOS differently?

My dad was a Navy man... He called Chipped Beef with a milk gravy on toast SOS. So that's what I assume is SOS.

That is the best kind I've had.

I grew up poor. We didn't even get real kraft... we got store brand macaroni with cheese food powder. My dad was a career army man and he was the cook in our house. My mom was a full time nurse so he was home to feed us most of the time. I grew up on crap. And so i love crap. I can't drink whole milk cause i had two sisters and a mother who drank skim. To this day whole milk is gross to me. I live alone and buy 1% or skim cause its what i was raised on. I know its white water but its what i know.

Made tacos tonite. Homemade guacamole. Beef seasoned then shredded Mexican cheese mixed in. Lettuce. Tomato. And more shredded cheese.
