do they make a 5.o liter v 6 and can you put in a 1986 ford ranger with a 2.9 4x4

biggest ford v6 ive seen is the 4.2, borable to 4.3l,(3.8l originally), thats in the 97+ f150 and some mustanges, same as a 5.0 conversion minus motor mounts
