The January 2009 issue page 89.

Someone wrote in asking about an engine swap for a Ranger. The magazine replied stating "You can find more about the V-8 conversions by logging onto www.therangerstation.com. This site has a lot of great information in reference to Ford Rangers and Bronco IIs."

Thanks Fourwheeler! :icon_thumby:

thats is so freaking cool. I'll have to look. I just got a new 4wheeler sitting on the table. is the current issue?

Well, I guess I will go out and pick up 4wheeler tomorrow! Not like I can afford it, but I will make the effort.

Thats cool. Its neat to see something that you are part of in something that is sold nationwide.

That's right. A Ranger enthusiast may see that, check us out, and find the information they're looking for in one of the threads posted here by anyone of you guys.

When a magazine lists this info to help a reader, they're referring people to the tech stuf everyone of you post here.

Somewhere some guy may be doing a mod/conversion with a printout of something anyone of you wrote laying on their work bench guiding them.

January 09 huh?

WTG Jim!

I'm telling you, this site has a lot of knowledgeable folks around who know and love the Ranger/Bronco II. I'm one of them.

I can honestly say that this site is geared towards helping those in search of knowledge of the Ranger based vehicle. I'd of been lost a long time ago without it and all the helpful advice here.

Thanks everyone!

Allen

Right on! Cool to see your site finally getting more ink in the national rags :icon_thumby:

I let my Fourwheeler subscription lapse some time ago, but maybe it's worth picking it up again :)
