Weird idle?

When cold starting my 3.0 i have a weird idle that surges from 500-900 rpm and then levels out around 750 once its a little warmer. any idea what it is?

My 1st thought is slightly sticky IAC when cold. Easy enough to clean. Just have a new gasket on standby.

yeah my 2003 3.0 dose that its strange i have replaced the IAC and before that cleaned it out but that dident work is there any cab or wheel vibrations?
