weight difference between a 4.0 and a 5.0

anybody know the weight difference between a 4.0 ohv and 5.0. my whole front suspension setup is designed around the 4.0, so im thinking a 5.0 with aluminum heads may be close to the same weight.

100-200 pounds is what I heard somewhere...definitely could be wrong on that.
