i think the privis oner removed my thermasat beacuse it takes forever to warm up and sometimes it doesent how long should it take and also what are some performance woos assoated with this

Too many issues to oist! Getcha a new 195* thermostat and put in in there. Either the existing one is stuck partially open or there isn't one. Everything in the engine depends on a temp of about 200*.

you can get them at any auto parts store for about $10 + $2 for the o-ring.

Stick? Beeswax is what opens the thermostat...NOT chrome. Chrome cannot help nor hinder the opening.

Its not chrome...its stainless steel, and it prevents it from corroding. Just go to your local parts store and tell them you need a thermostat. Most parts stores carry stant, who makes two lines. A regular and a superstat(the stainless). I prefer stainless, which is around $10 or soo...
