Hi everyone, I have a 1994 lifted B4000, and I want to put a 302 ford engine into it and I was wondering if anyone has done the change over and how much trouble is it?

Search around, lots of info on the swap, in the tech library too. Not too hard, but not too easy. Mostly time consuming. If going EFI, definitely get a Harwood manual, this will be a huge help!

I'm doing the same thing to my 96 b23. I'm going carb though no f/i. You probably don't need much work since the explorers came 5.0 and they are the same frame as the b4000. Body or suspension lift?
