Search around, lots of info on the swap, in the tech library too. Not too hard, but not too easy. Mostly time consuming. If going EFI, definitely get a Harwood manual, this will be a huge help!
I'm doing the same thing to my 96 b23. I'm going carb though no f/i. You probably don't need much work since the explorers came 5.0 and they are the same frame as the b4000. Body or suspension lift?
