Today for the first time I got a vibration on my steering wheel. I checked the Power Steering Fluid and there seems to be an overabundance of it where to dipstick goes. Last time I drove it two days ago it was fine. I have not hit anything and it tracks fine when driving it. It looks like the pulley on the belt is spinning fine as well.
Any other things to look at before I shell out tons for trubleguessing at a shop?

Dean,

Check and lube the complete steering system. How much play is in your steering wheel, if less than ½", skip to next

You can check your wheel bearings and ball joints. This isn't too difficult:

Take the front end off the ground, grasps one side wheel, then the other and shake it, if it moves side to side BEARINGS, if they move top to bottom BALL JOINTS.

Could be something more serious but I would look there 1st.

do you have any large chunks of ice stuck to a wheel?
