I am getting a weird vibration in the truck at low speeds...

It's from a dead stop, accelerating to 15 mph...

I've checked stupid things like motor mounts, trans mounts, ball joints, tie rod's, and I can't seem to find it...

I don't feel of the steering, stick shift transmission it's just accelerating from 0 to 15 mph.

My truck is a 1989 Ranger 2.9L 4 x 4 with a 6 inch BDS lift and 33 inch tires. It is a manual transmission, manual transfer case. It has the 4.0 flywheel clutch conversion.

The lift, 4.0 clutch conversation were all done 2 years ago and haven't had issues till now.

Any help is most appreciated!

I have also tried it from a 2nd gear start and no difference.

Do you have a center carrier bearing on your rear drive shaft and if so get under the truck and push the shaft up and sideways and if it moves around then you need a new carrier bearing or ujoint .

Yes I do and I just replaced that last year.

Check wheel bearings? Out of round tire? Spin tires and look to see if there is side to side movement? While spinning tire chalk a line down the center, that will help you see any deviations. Does the vibration coincide with engine rpm?

Wheel bearings sound good. Haven't checked any wobble.

Vibration does not follow a specific rpm. It's a speed. 0-15mph.

What are your u-joint operating angles?
