Well I think I killed my 3.0, it had just reached 150000 miles two weeks ago and had given me a few overheating issues, which i believed to be the result of the coolant not being flushed/replaced for 50,000 miles. I cleaned out the system with water, and decided to also flush the system with peak's flush, i was having trouble putting the clamp back on the lower radiator hose so i figured for 3 hours it would be ok to leave it off, i drove around town for 20 to 30 minutes somewhere the hose came loose, dropping the water/flush mix all over, as i was going up a ramp to get on the highway i noticed a massive lose in power, i was accelerating and going nowhere. I pulled over and smoke came from under the hood and the engine shut off. i proceeded to drive it home(3 minute drive from that spot). I didn't notice the hose came loose til i got home. i though the water/flush mix was causing a problem.

I think it blew the head gasket because the exhaust is white and smells sweet.
Ideas?

(I don't need smartass remarks, i already want to kill myself)

The coolant system works by pressure, I wouldn't go anywhere with any hoses unclamped. Even a simple zip tie or piece of tape is a good temporary solution. The overheating issues were most likely caused by either your thermostat, or your water pump which could very well be eaten up at that many miles. I've seen so many vehicles that never get a coolant flush 150k miles+ until the owner brings it in to have the water pump changed or something else. So I doubt that was the issue.

Well I calmed down enough to look more into this. I tried to pull a spark plug but apparently i don't have a deep enough socket, i did however look at the oil which is not white or "liquidy", so I take it I'm lucky the coolant didn't enter the crankcase. I took it to the end of the block and back, it still has the power it always had, which leads me to believe that I didn't kill it and all i need is a new head gasket, and I've been praying that I didn't warp the head.
