trying to put manual hubs / original is in pieces cant remove all

Are you trying to remove pieces of the auto hubs? Or removing faulty manual hubs?
If you are referring to the auto-hub lock-nut, then your problem may be the little sliding key that fits inside the groove. You can remove that key by punching it through, or by pulling it out via magnet or tiny hook.
